Snapshot Date: 5th April 2025
In accordance with the Equality Act 2010 (Gender Pay Gap Information) Regulations 2017, we are publishing the following gender pay gap data for employees employed on 5 April 2024.
Hourly Pay
• Mean gender pay gap: -19% • Median gender pay gap: -57.6%
* A negative pay gap indicates that on average, women are paid more than men. Women currently occupy the majority of senior roles within the business.
Bonus Pay
• Mean gender bonus gap: 22.1% • Median gender bonus gap: 4.5% • Proportion of staff paid on snapshot date, who received a bonus that year:
Male: 50.00% Female: 7.5%
Note; bonuses are referral fees paid to locums, which are paid for recommending a friend to Chase Medical and internally for incentives. The scheme is identical for all genders. Note, we have a relatively small number of male locum staff (whereas most internal staff recieve a bonus), meaning less male locums without a bonus to balance out this %.
Proportion of men and women in each pay quartile
| Pay Quartile | % Men | % Women |
|---|---|---|
| Lower | 20.6% | 79.4% |
| Lower Middle | 3% | 97% |
| Upper Middle | 0% | 100% |
| Upper | 9% | 91% |
We confirm that the data provided is accurate and calculated in accordance with the Gender Pay Gap reporting regulations.
