Bonus Pay

• Mean gender bonus gap: 59.73% • Median gender bonus gap: 82.63% • Proportion of staff paid on snapshot date, who received a bonus that year:

Note; bonuses are referral fees paid to locums, which are paid for recommending a friend to Chase Medical and internally for incentives. The scheme is identical for all genders.
